How long has Susan Gaddy been doing political public service?

Susan Gaddy volunteered in her 1st US Senate campaign in 1978 at age 15 in high school (Virginia). In 1984 she volunteered in North Carolina for NC’s 1st Black Chief Justice Henry Frye. In 2008 she volunteered in NC in Raleigh and Fayetteville. She’s been a volunteer political fundraiser for decades.

Michael Whatley, NCGOP Chair (U of Notre Dame School of Law just like US Supreme Court Justice Barrett.) NC attorney Reggie Holley (bow tie) is Susan Gaddy’s UNC CH college friend. What a great reunion with Reggie Holley on May 28, 2022 at Brunswick County GOP fundraiser!

What a horrible & senseless event yesterdays mass shooting in Uvalde Texas was. People differ on their political views about such things as gun control etc,...but one thing we can all agree on, is that yesterdays event was a senseless horrible act of violence, & we all remember & pray for the victims families who have to go on with their lives after such an unthinkable tragedy. I'm praying for Uvalde.

ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL, ON OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

What kind of educational system am I for?.....I am for the kind of educational system that keeps our children mentally & physically safe, & learning the kinds of academics that will help them get where they want to be in the work world when they grow up. What kind of system is that?....well its a system where the curriculum taught is transparent & has plenty of parental input into what they want their children taught. It is the kind of system that respects parents knowledge of what is best for their children. Sure, there are some parents with serious problems out there who may be physically & mentally abusive to their children,...but for the most part parents are a child's "safest place", the ones who have their child's interest most at heart. Lets let children be children,....when they hit puberty, they will decide for themselves what gender they want to relate to. Our children are tomorrows leaders,...lets grow them up safely & smartly.

SUSAN GADDY ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL POST PRIMARY DAY
The NC Primary Day has come & gone earlier this week. It went as some of the candidates running wished, & not so for others,....but its always a good time to pull together for conservative thinkers,...to support your fellow party members who hold to conservative values. After all the "enemy" is not fellow party members running against you in the Primary,...its inflation,...the costs of gas & food commodities going so high that our fellow NC citizens are struggling,...it is a liberal agenda that leaves our soldiers vulnerable without the support & supplies they need to do the job we've sent them to do,...it is a liberal agenda that has some school staff convincing children that they are the "safe place" & "know what's best for them to learn" & that parents are the ones they can't trust. These are the things conservative thinkers need to unite on & move forward standing against,...not squabbling between primary contestants needed. I'm Susan Gaddy trying to win conservative votes one handshake at a time.

PRIMARY DAY IN NC,...GET OUT & VOTE

Its Primary Day here in NC,...get out & vote your conscience or don't bother complaining ! AS for me,....I'm still running my grassroots campaign & winning voters one handshake at a time. I'm for fighting inflation & making the cost of living better for we NC citizens,...I'm for supporting our Military,...both equipping, supplying, & supporting our current active duty,..& remembering & supporting our veterans who served previously,....I'm for transparency in education & giving parents their say in curriculum selection. ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL, PRIMARY DAY

Tomorrow May 17th is Primary Day in NC,....Get out & Vote ! Exercise your right to a say in our Gov't processies instead of just complaining. I am on a grassroots campaign, so I shall continue gaining votes one handshake at a time. You know, it seems to me that some educational staff feel that they are the primary ones who know best & should be chiefly "raising" our children today,...some seem to feel they need to be the "safe place" for children & that the parents need to be 'guarded against' for faulty upbringing. I believe that for the most part by far children's parents are still (should be) the primary "safe place" for raising their kids & having their backs in knowing what is in the best interest of their children. I'm for educational curriculum transparency & parental rights in determining our educational curriculum.

ON CUTTING RECKLESS GOVERNMENT SPENDING

To say that inflation is at a record high is true, but also an understatement,,...gas prices continue to soar such that folks are having to adjust their driving habits to conserve,...milk & bread costs are way up,...baby food is so scarce in some places that parent social media groups have formed just to keep up with where to get it,...we have got to fight inflation & balance our budget for the benefit of all our citizens. I will quote myself...

"Susan Gaddy has always opposed reckless spending because it doesn’t make sense for NC. Susan Gaddy worked her way through high school, college and law school."

Lets get some sensible public servants elected !

ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL

While I have been posting regularly on what my plan of action will be to help preserve a good lifestyle for my fellow NC citizens when I'm elected to the US Senate,...sometimes its good to lay out a more personal account of ones views. Several weeks ago I visited Deepak P of Legistracker in Raleigh for a personalized interview on my views & experiences as I prepare to continue my public service career. SUSAN GADDY FOR SENATE,.. ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL
While campaigning to win votes to serve in public office is "serious business" considering the seriousness of one's intent to serve & better the lives of those you serve,....there is a lot of fun to be had along the way,...enjoying our fine State on NC & meeting some of the finest citizens of our State & enjoying the fineries of their business as well.....on Fri 5/6 I enjoyed meeting with some of the members of the Brunswick Co VFW at the Hickory Shaft Bistro,...& on to the King Chicken in Washington NC on 5/7 for the 3rd Congressional District's GOP Committee mtg,....again,...its all about winning one voter at a time as every NC vote counts in bettering the life styles for our fine NC citizens,....lowering inflation, improving the costs of living, supporting our Military, & making our education system transparent & parent represented. ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL

The primary races are heating up,....those like myself running for office are rolling through successive "meet n greets", conventions, speaking engagements etc. It is a challenging yet dynamic time to be running for office. A year & a half ago inflation was at 1.9%,...now its at 8.5%, & gas prices have soared as well as the general costs of living & consumer goods, with interest rates going up. We have a war in Europe for the first time in many years. Its time for those of us with conservative values to fight inflation, balance the economy, support our troops & veterans, & make sure our educational system is transparent and parental rights inclusive. That's why I'm seeking office & winning voters one handshake & 'meet n greet' conversation at a time. I'm Susan Gaddy for US Senate.
