8AM a high wind watch has been issued by the National Weather Service in Seattle for the Christmas Eve timeframe. They likely decided to issue this watch because there is still some high resolution model that is not backing down from the idea of a windstorm. There is still a lot of uncertainty with this storm, I talk about the uncertainty in my previous post. Reminder, a WATCH just means something is possible, not guaranteed. A link to the watch is in the comments if you’d like to see it, as well as a link to the uncertainty post. 12-23-25
