Celebrate Black Birders Week with us at Big Break Regional Shoreline on Monday, May 25 from 9–11 AM!

This special program highlights the joy and importance of birding while fostering inclusivity in outdoor spaces. Explore the unique bird species of the Delta, learn birding tips from experienced guides, and connect with others who share a passion for wildlife and conservation.

Whether you’re a first-time birder or a lifelong bird enthusiast, this drop-in program is open to all ages and experience levels. Binoculars will be provided! 🦅✨

⚠️ Notice: The kayak launch at Big Break Regional Shoreline currently has limited to no access due to aquatic vegetation blocking the launch area. The boom designed to keep vegetation out was damaged during the recent wind event.

Staff are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
