Monthly workparties in the Community at the Memorial Fruit Tree Orchard
Free legal aid, rides to doctor's appointments/ hospitals, bureaucratic support
Housing support (counseling, transitional, etc.) Our Partners: NORJC, OCUEJ, POOR Magazine, Manna from Heaven/ Roof over their heads, Berkeley Food Network, East Bay Community Law Center

New Grantee Video! In late 2025, MTF's Community Service Award to Oakland Communities United for Equity and Justice wrapped up their one-year project, “JUSTtouch: Community Access to Sustainable Healing.” Through the project, a supervising massage therapist and students from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) provided weekly chair massage pop-ups for severe low-income and individuals of color experiencing homelessness.
