AFFORDABLE HOUSING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

The Borough of Oakland would like to advise residents that a Case Management Conference concerning the Borough’s affordable housing matter has been scheduled for:

Tuesday, September 15, 2026
10:00 A.M.
Via Zoom
Before the Honorable Lina P. Corriston, J.S.C.

The court matter is captioned In the Matter of Application of Borough of Oakland, Case No. BER-L-000866-25. The purpose of the Case Management Conference is to review progress made towards compliance with Judge Corriston’s Case Management Order of June 9, 2026 as it concerns the Ropper and TDC sites. A separate Case Management Conference will be held at a later date for the Leone matter.

ROAD WORK NOTICE WEST OAKLAND AVENUE

Please be advised that, weather permitting, the Bergen County Roads Department will begin milling West Oakland Avenue, from Barbara Lane to Skyline Drive, on or about Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Paving is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Driveway access is expected to remain available throughout construction. If temporary access restrictions are necessary, affected residents will be notified in advance. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience and complete the work as efficiently as possible.

Police officers will be on site as needed to assist with traffic control and resident access. Detours will be in place where necessary.

Please plan ahead, expect delays, and follow the directions of police officers and traffic control personnel. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

The court notice indicates that the proceeding will be conducted remotely. The Zoom link will be provided when it is provided by the court.
