Please find the 30th interview in the Longevity Series with Nancy Lu, Village Wellness Director.

At 98, Mr. Pui Wong still has a warm smile and a young heart. His secret to longevity is simple: stay happy, go to bed early, wake up early, avoid smoking and drinking, and practice Tai Chi.
He enjoys reading the newspaper, listening to the radio, watching TV, and learning about new technology. He also treasures the activities and friendships at Hotel Oakland, especially the warm lunches provided by the Village Kitchen Connection Club.
Mr. Wong says, “As we grow older, we should never let our hearts grow old. Stay happy, make more friends, and have something to look forward to every day—that is true happiness.”
