FIGHTS DISPLACEMENT: Invests $100 million to protect families from being displaced from their homes and increase affordable housing in Oakland. FIXES STREETS: Improves transportation safety by repaving crumbling streets, filling potholes, and making things
better for walkers and bikers. FIXES PARKS AND LIBRARIES: Improves the quality of life for Oakland residents and families by investing in our libraries, public parks, and public safety facilities. MANAGES FUNDS RESPONSIBLY: Funds will be subject to independent citizen oversight, regular audits, and will make investments that reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
