A must read for voters. Really good info and food for thought on Prop 45: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WldC50OGtZvU7gxmnIYcJmmXFZCSyCUa/view. Should judges be restricted in what they can review? Why broadly limit the amount of time an environmental review takes when they vary? Why is this necessary when the Legislature passed SB 131 last year to fast track some of the good projects mentioned? Why are business and industry so keen on this? Why not put in language specifically saying data centers are not covered?
