Around the world in five fun-filled days! 🌍✈️ Our residents enjoyed a series of Amazing Race adventures, each with its own unique challenge and celebration.

🇮🇹 In Italy, everyone put their taste buds to the test during a blindfolded pasta challenge, guessing six different noodle varieties.

🇲🇽 Next, we headed to Mexico for a lively cactus toss competition, complete with festive sombreros and plenty of laughs.

🌺 We wrapped up our journey in Hawaii with a tropical luau, where residents relaxed with refreshing drinks while our leadership team surprised everyone with a fun dance performance.

From friendly competition to lots of laughter, every destination brought something new to enjoy. 💙

AMAZING RACE — DAY ONE: EGYPT! 🇪🇬🏆

And that’s a wrap! Day One is officially in the bag! 🎉

Our residents had an absolute blast celebrating Egypt and taking on their very first challenge: Sand Castle Making! 🏖️🏰

It was a race to the finish, filled with creativity, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of fun banter! Every team brought their A-game, but in the end…

🥁 TEAM YELLOW — led by Chef Guy and his racers — pulled out the WIN! 💛🏆

Congratulations, Team Yellow! And a huge shout-out to ALL of our amazing racers. What a fantastic way to kick off the Amazing Race! 🌍✈️

A little creativity for a great cause! 🎨💛 Residents spent the day decorating bags for Meals on Wheels, adding a colorful touch to each delivery.

102 years calls for quite the birthday celebration! 🎉💛

On Friday, we celebrated Richard “Dick” with a party full of some of his favorite things — live music, KFC for lunch (the real thing, per Dick’s request! 🍗) and plenty of friends there to celebrate with him.

Dick was also honored for his 102nd birthday with a special Navy coin presentation, and State Representative Donni Steele of Michigan’s 54th District stopped by to recognize him with a special tribute.

And we had one more surprise up our sleeve! Dick has spent a lifetime exploring the outdoors, from hiking the Swiss Alps and Mont Blanc to skiing until he was 87. We surprised him with the news that he’ll soon be hitting the trail again as part of our Dream Big initiative. 🥾

Happy 102nd birthday, Dick! We loved celebrating you — and we can’t wait to see you back on the trail. 💛

Our resident Chris had a simple wish: to go swimming. So, we called up our friends at Flourish Collection at Rochester and made it happen!

A change of scenery, a dip in the pool and one Dream Big checked off the list. We might have to plan more pool parties, everyone had such a good time!🏊‍♀️✨

Ready. Set. Race! 🏁🌎 We’re kicking off one of our biggest events of the year: Amazing Race!

This August, StoryPoint Group communities like ours will take part in a week-long adventure inspired by The Amazing Race. Residents will form teams, earn points, take on challenges, and navigate twists and turns as they race their way through the week.

No two races will look exactly alike. Each community will create its own destinations, challenges, and experiences — making every adventure unique.
