Hope for the Journey Home, Family Shelter Hope for the Journey Home is a shelter for families experiencing temporary homelessness. Families are referred to us through the Community Resource Center.

Please visit our website to learn more about us. On Labor Day of 2012, the parish house at Guardian Angels Catholic Church became overnight transitional housing for families experiencing homelessness. These families are from our Washington County area, as well as suburban Ramsey County.
