I spent the morning at the ribbon cutting for the new Bielenberg Bridge connecting Woodbury and Oakdale. As soon as the weather warms up enough for the paint to stick on the road, it’ll open up. I’m told the hope is by the end of the week. I’m looking forward to using it myself.
