Thank you to all of the Friends who have given service since the library opened in 2004.

Our Friends of the Oak Park Library are retiring. The final check of $18,108 is presented by President Pete Rollo to librarian Anne Hogya of the Oak Park Library. These funds were generated through the sale of donated second hand books. This volunteer second hand book program has been and is continuing to be overseen by the dedicated efforts of Oak Park resident Cindy Hain. Cindy continues to welcome your book donations with all proceeds going directly to the Oak Park Library.

Should there be interest within the community to resurrect a Friends group to support the ongoing efforts of this wonderful community resource please don't hesitate to contact The Community Foundation for Oak Park.
