New River Animal Rescue, WV The NRAR is a group that is dedicated to serving the needs of community members and animals in the New River Gorge area in West Virginia.

The New River Humane Society, Inc. provides low cost spay and neuter for Fayette Co, WV residents as well as participates in a feral cat colony program to assist our county residents with the feral cat population. In addition, we place animals in need into loving homes or rescues.
