Teaching Math Successfully Through the Cognitive Science of Math Learning and Modifying English Math Language
Presented by Karen Tzanetopoulos

Discover how language impacts mathematical learning for students with dyslexia, DLD, and other language-based challenges—and learn practical, research-based strategies to make math instruction more accessible and effective.

Every few months we choose a relevant education-related book (topics like reading, math, writing, executive functioning, social-emotional learning, and more). We break the book into manageable chunks of about 3–4 chapters each month and meet to discuss the ideas, strategies, and implications for educational therapists.
