Dear Oak Bluffs Residents,
On Thursday April 12th I will be running for Oak Bluffs Selectman and I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have lived in Oak Bluffs for 32 years, married for 25 years, have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Most of my life I have been involved in public service in one way or another. I am a retired firefighter from the Martha's Vineyard Airport, have been an EMT for the Oak Bluffs Fire/EMS for the past 16 years and have served as Vice Chair of the Martha's Vineyard Airport Commission for the past five years.
I'm running for Selectman to be a Voice For The People. I want people to come to me with their concerns, suggestions, compliments and complaints and I will listen and hear your thoughts and ideas. I pledge to follow through on any and all inquiries.
I want to get more people involved and informed about the issues that concern the people of Oak Bluffs. I feel that all issues that involve the town leaders should be transparent. I feel like the people need to know the positive and negative of what is happening in our town so that they can get involved in the solutions. I value common sense, diversity, and respect.
Please come out and vote on Thursday April 12th at the Oak Bluffs Library, I would greatly appreciate your support!
