O'Fallon Fire Protection District O'Fallon Fire Protection District provides Fire Protection, and Public Fire Education, for 67 squar Paul, portions of Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis, St.

The OFPD serves and protects a residential population of over 85,000 persons in a 67 square mile area. This includes most of the city limits of O’Fallon, all of St. Peters, and 20 sq. miles of unincorporated St. Charles County. The OFPD is governed by a publicly elected 3-member Board of Directors. Each Director holds a 6-year term. The Board oversees the District’s budget. Property Tax is the mai

n source of revenue for the District, with a small amount of fees collected through commercial permits.

School is back, which means children are once again walking through neighborhoods, crossing streets and waiting at bus stops in the morning and afternoon.

Slow down. Put the phone away. Take an extra second before you turn or back out of the driveway.

Getting there a minute sooner is never worth the risk.
