Because of the statewide system upgrade, we cannot process your online renewals and requests from today, February 11 through Monday, February 16. If you do anything through OK Cars, even if you choose our tag office, Service Oklahoma in OKC will intercept the transaction and process it. So, if you could please hold your online transactions until Tuesday, February 17, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, remember all tag offices for the State will be closed Thursday, Friday, and Monday, February 12, 13, and 16. Thank you.

Electronic titles were mandatory from July 1 through July 29th, per Service Oklahoma. On July 30, Service Oklahoma changed the rule to titles with liens will be electronic and titles without liens will have the choice of electronic or paper. If you were issued an electronic title in July, and do not have a lien, you can get a paper title at no cost through the end of next month only.
