Before Covid, I was a loan officer at a reginal bank. Besides taking applications and closing loans, the majority of my job was dealing with the general public, notarizing documents and staring at my phone. Covid restricted everyone from being able to manage their lives in many ways including getting documents notarized. Feeling encouraged to be apart of providing relief to my community, and also by being broke, I started a small business to serve at my own capacity . Cummins Notary Services was at first only a mobile notary service. I put up a website and upon request drive to individual's homes so that they could have important paper notarized. Like I've said before, the world did not stop turning. Legal matters still needed to be dealt with. As time went on my services increased. Online notary allows me to service any US citizen anywhere in the world. I9 authorization forms have became a popular service as well due to remote work. Fact checking for companies who need a middle man to take pictures to prove the vendor did their due diligence. Now for the kicker, process serving. Apparently no one wants to do that. With my years of experience of dealing with the general public and experience of internet research I've become the perfect candidate for the job.
As a process server I have been successful in finding people who evade service by using the tools I've obtained in my years of customer service. Investigating public information to determine the whereabouts of an individual and where they may be before attempting to serve them. Gathering information before confrontation. I take allot of pride in this new discovery in myself. I am now starting my journey in becoming a private investigator. Gathering the facts to provide people who feel they have been wronged. In my own capacity I will be apart of correcting social injustice.

My name is Brandi Cummins and I have been a Notary in the state of Michigan for 5 years. In my experience I have Notarized wills, trusts, power or attorney, court documents and letters, custody and guardianship agreements, vender contracts, construction loan agreements, Mortgages and loan closing documents while working in the financial industry.
