Today, we recognized all of the RES teachers and staff as the Staff of the Month for August. They go above and beyond for RES students every day! They were here during the summer when they didn’t have to be because they wanted our school and classrooms to be ready to receive students on the First Day of School. They pour their hearts and souls into making the classrooms and facilities a special place where learning happens. This year’s theme – “Our Story Starts Here” – began with the countless hours everyone put in even before the first student arrived. Thank you to everyone who makes RES such a special place!!!

📚✨ 2nd Grade Fairytales & Folktale Finale! ✨📚

Our 2nd graders wrapped up their first Reading Unit on Fairy Tales & Folktales with a fun culminating activity! 👑🤠🪓 Students brought the stories tlife by dressing as lumberjacks, princesses/princes, and cowboys/cowgirls.

What a FUN way to celebrate learning and bring reading to life! 📖❤️ JD and Stetson topped off the celebration and made it extra special with a demonstration on roping! Yee-haw🤠
