Our Blue Devils hit the road to take on Wadley! We encourage our families and supporters to travel with us and continue showing our athletes that their community believes in them!

🎓 COLLEGE & CAREER READINESS: Last week, our 11th and 12th grade scholars had the opportunity to attend a college fair at Tuskegee University, where they connected with numerous colleges and post-secondary education agencies. Experiences like these help our scholars see the possibilities that exist beyond high school and begin making meaningful connections for their futures.

📣 And who could forget our Pep Rally! Our scholars and staff brought the energy as we celebrated our athletes, built school spirit, and closed out our first month together as a Blue Devil family!

At NHS, great things are happening! As we continue to develop, grow, and build a school community centered on opportunity and excellence, we simply ask for your continued support. It truly takes all of us as a school, family, and community to help our scholars reach their full potential and get where they need to be.

What a way to kick off the 2026–2027 school year!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to every scholar, family, community partner, faculty member, and friend who joined us for Open House! Your presence, support, and excitement filled our halls with the kind of energy that reminds us why we do what we do.

A special thank you to the organizations that showed up and set up to provide valuable information, resources, and support for our scholars and families:

Last night was more than an Open House, it was the beginning of something special. We are grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every person who showed up to support the scholars of Notasulga High School.

And on Monday morning, we’re back!

We can’t wait to welcome our scholars through the doors as we get to work feeding their minds, nurturing their gifts, and helping them grow into everything they were destined to become.

To our families and community: keep showing up, keep partnering with us, and keep being a part of the journey. We have so much in store for this school year, and we want you with us every step of the way!

Institute Day wasn’t just a kickoff to the 2026–2027 school year, it was a statement.

The energy was real. The pride was evident. The unity was undeniable. NHS showed up, showed OUT, and made it clear that we are stepping into this school year with purpose, passion, and a renewed sense of pride.

But this energy doesn’t happen alone.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Macon County Schools for the continued support, resources, and commitment you pour into our schools, students, and staff. We are grateful for the leadership of our Board of Education members and public officials who continue to champion education and support the work happening across our district.

When a community believes in its schools, everybody wins.

And at NHS, we’re ready to make this year one to remember. We’re raising the standard, strengthening our culture, embracing our community, and creating new possibilities for our scholars.
