Another wonderful donation has been added to our fundraiser! Our friends at Kroger generously donated two baskets.

We cannot thank our Norwood businesses enough for stepping up and showing just how close-knit and caring our community truly is. The outpouring of generosity we’ve received has been amazing, and it’s a reminder of what makes Norwood so special.

The block directly in front of Cappy's will be closed to vehicle traffic on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM for our fundraiser event.

Motorists traveling in the area will need to use an alternate route during those hours. We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we host this community event. Thank you.

We're just a few short days away from our fundraiser, and we wanted to share some additional updates.

Parking
Parking will not be available in front of the business, but will be available in the Plaza Lot, directly across the street. The lot is accessible from Cleneay Ave., Ivanhoe Ave. or Montgomery Road. It is just North of the Volkswagen dealership.

Raffles
In addition to the items we've already posted, we'll have multiple baskets available to bid on. We'll post those below.

We are incredibly grateful for another generous donation, for our event this coming Saturday for the family of Alyssa Hill. The owner of The Music Plays On has generously donated a 2026 Yellow "Chill Cat" Electric Guitar that will be featured as one of our raffle items at Saturday's event!

Be sure to join us on Saturday for your chance to win this incredible prize while supporting a great cause. Every raffle ticket purchased helps support Alyssa's family during this difficult time.

The event supporting the family of Ally Hill is just over a week away, and we wanted to share details of one of the raffles that will be available that evening; A Great Smokies Cabin Retreat.

One lucky winner will receive their choice of a weekend stay at either “Top of the Mountain to You” or “Patriot Dream” cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains.
The cabin stay is valid for a Friday/Saturday/Sunday night stay.

Raffle tickets are $20 a piece, or 3 tickets for $50. Available dates include:
• The last two weeks of August
• All of September
• The middle two weeks of November
• Any weekend from January 7 through March 1, excluding MLK Weekend, Valentine's Weekend, and Presidents’ Day Weekend.
