Today I helped another resident learn about the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank Energy Saver Home Loan Program (ESHLP). Some of the benefits to this program are:

-Low interest rate, second mortgage loans that support a variety of energy-related home improvements. This can be combined with the Mass Save 0% Heat Loan (which caps at $25k)
-Free end-to-end support through all aspects of the home improvement process, loan closing and post-construction
-Identification and coordination of all available incentives, rebates and other credits
-They work with you to create a plan to reduce your energy usage by at least 20%
-For Norwood residents who heat with anything besides gas, this is the lowest interest rate loan available for energy efficiency projects.

Are you looking for affordable ways to reduce your home energy use and reliance on fossil fuels?

MCCB is excited to announce the MASSACHUSETTS ENERGY SAVINGS FINDER, a search tool helps you identify local, state and federal rebates, incentives and tax credits for Massachusetts homeowners and renters.

Brought to you by the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank (powered by MassHousing), Rewiring America and Abode Energy Management in partnership with:

Massachusetts Clean Energy Center
Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs
Mass Save
City of Boston
Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company - MMWEC
