Exiciting news for Norwood residents! Now those who qualify for Norwood Light's energy efficiency program (oil or electric heat) may qualify for a 0% loan for energy efficiency improvements. Residents who qualify for Mass Save (gas heat) can still go through the Mass Save 0% HEAT loan program.

Free Financing for Energy Improvements
A new state loan program offers 0% financing for home energy improvements by customers of municipal light providers.
Norwood Light customers can borrow up to $25,000 at 0% interest from the MLP Z-Loan Program, administered by the MA Department of Energy Resources.
