Today on One Table Radio with Kevin Alan and Chamber Chatter with Angela Adams, we had the pleasure of welcoming Michele Brezniak as our guest!

Today’s guest was Michele Brezniak, someone who gives back to our local community in so many different ways. Michele is one of those people who is constantly looking for ways to make a difference, connect people with resources, and support the community she serves.

For more than 10 years, Hartford HealthCare has been a part of our GNACC Healthy Living & Family Fun Festival, and Michele has been instrumental in helping us grow the event, which is now heading into her 5th year on the@GNACC Health & Wellness Committee.

Through her efforts, she has helped bring an incredible variety of FREE healthcare screenings, resources, and health education to our festival, giving families an opportunity to take care of their health while enjoying a fun day together.

But her involvement in our community doesn’t stop there. Michele is active in many local events and initiatives, including Hartford HealthCare’s Neighborhood Health initiative, which brings healthcare directly into the community and helps connect people with accessible healthcare services and resources.

Community, connection, and a great mission!

We had a wonderful time at this morning's Meet & Greet with Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut, learning more about the work they are doing to help local families achieve safe, stable, and affordable homeownership.

There are plenty of ways to get involved!
