7:00-7:25 - Swim Strokes

Water Play - introduction to the water through exploration and encouragement, become comfortable in the pool and develop personal safety. Swim Basics - become comfortable in the pool, develop personal safety, and progress through aquatics skills that focus on body position, control, forward movement, rotary breathing, integrated arm & leg action. Swim Strokes - introduce and develop the all major competitive strokes, swim stroke technique and mechanics.

The pool will be on a delay opening TODAY (6.18.2026). We have lightning in the area and the temperature is too cold to safely swim. We are keeping an eye on weather and will make a final call around 2pm on if pool will be closed for the day.
