I wanted to thank all of my supporters who came out and voted for me yesterday. I am obviously very disappointed at the results. My goal was to create avenues for positive change so all Norwell students are set up for success, residents have full budget transparency, and the school committee has a space for all voices to be heard without fear of retaliation. It is my hope Liz and Jana will fight for these things as well. I would be remiss if I did not thank my incredible team who given so much of their time and energy to this campaign. I am forever indebted to your commitment to our mission. As I have said to our team many times, I might be the face out front, but the movement for change is so much bigger than me. As much as I hate to admit it, change doesnโt happen quickly. I truly believe our town is closer on so many issues than many might think. Real change starts one conversation at a time. Thank you being a part of this. We are only just getting started.
