🎃 Our Naramake Pumpkin Patch popped up on the front lawn this week! 🎃

NES PTA sponsored and set up a pumpkin patch right outside school, with hay bales, corn stalks, fall decorations, and rows of sugar pumpkins lining the lawn. Every student got to walk the patch and pick out their very own pumpkin, and the fun's not over yet: they'll be decorating them at school soon! 🍂

A big thank you to our volunteers who helped to coordinate delivery with WaterField Farms, and lined up all those pumpkins to make the front of our school so festive. We love making moments like this for our kids. 🧡

Our principals play an integral role in fostering a sense of belonging for students, staff and families throughout their school communities. Throughout National Principals Month, we’re highlighting how our principals strive to make everyone feel welcome and empowered to succeed everyday.

Today, we’re spotlighting Jane Wilkins, principal of Naramake Elementary School.

Our principals shared more with us about how they foster belonging in their schools, what they appreciate about their staff, how their school communities shape their leadership, and where they see both success and opportunities for growth. Find what they had to say here: https://buff.ly/OIIP6S4

The long-awaited Fun Run Fundraiser is back and we couldn’t be more excited!

We invite all Naramake families to join us on Friday, October 2 at 9:00 AM on the Front Circle for a morning of movement, music, and community spirit.

This year our goal is to raise $12,000 to support the NES PTA and all the incredible programs it funds. If every student raises $40 in pledges, we’ll surpass our goal!

The pledge period begins today, and students have over three weeks to promote their page and collect donations.

Let’s come together to make this year’s Fun Run the most successful yet.

Run for fun, raise for prizes.
Let's go Naramake!

Thinking back to our first day of school, Naramake style! 🍎

There's a kind of magic in watching nervous new faces turn into confident ones by pick-up time, and that’s on our incredible Naramake staff. Thank you as always for welcoming our learners back with so much enthusiasm and joy!

To our wonderful Naramake families and the wider community who come together to support our students, thank you for making this school feel like home.

Sincere thanks to our community partner for decorating our entrance in technicolor rainbow tones with a festive balloon arch, for the surprise donation of a beautiful back-to-school welcome banner, and for building us an easel upon which to display it on very short notice!

Here's to new teachers, new friends, and a fantastic year ahead. We can't wait. 💙
