As you probably know, Town Meeting is Monday night at 7pm at the Norton High School auditorium. Article 15 on the warrant deals with the Zoning Bylaw Update. We recently updated the project webpage which includes the bylaw language along with summary documents and a video discussing the proposed changes. The Town is proposing to update the existing zoning bylaw to make it easier to use plus we are also making certain text changes.

Hi Everyone: The Norton Planning Board is having a public hearing tomorrow night which, among other items, will have a discussion about the zoning bylaw update. You may recall we did not pass this proposal at our Spring Town Meeting. As such, the Board is having another series of meetings to cover the sections of the proposal. Tomorrow night, the Planning Board will be covering changes to general administrative sections (Sections 1-5 and Section 10) of the zoning bylaw. Please note we will not be discussing the Use Table (that discussion is scheduled for July 8). You can find the redline text of the bylaw, meeting schedule and more by going to:
