Happy Monday!!! I'm responding to messages and trying to catch up!!

I wanted to go over a few things in reguards to placing orders

When pricing cakes for my customers please understand I will have follow up questions, I can't price a cake with just a photo. I will need to confirm details such as serving size, colors, flavors and etc. Serving size is very important because you might send me a photo of a huge 3 tier cake feeding 100 plus people when you might only need 30 cake servings. Of course I could price you that cake to however if you only need 30 servings it will make the overall price of the cake cheaper for you 🙂 I hope that makes sense

I do offer "free style" cakes, these are set prices and all you do is provide me themes and colors. I get to freely design that cake 🙂

Like always I dont charge deposits on cakes, weddings I do charge half of payment 1 week before because those are always more expensive cakes and not everyone is looking to buy an extra wedding cake at last minute 🙂 I know not charging deposits is crazy to others however it has worked amazingly in my business and I have had no issues. I will not change a policy that isn't broken. My business has always been built on trust, you trust me to prepare your cake I will trust you to pick up ❤️❤️❤️
