Northwood political candidates, voters and all members of the public are invited to attend Candidates Night on Wednesday, February 22nd at 6:30 PM at Northwood Town Hall. Candidates will have a brief opportunity to speak, and then there will be Q&A. Election Day is coming soon! Please join us to learn more about your options. Friends of the Northwood Libraries thanks everyone who attended Soup's On & Pie! last month. The funds we raised will go a long way to supporting library programming. And, it was great to see so many from our community gather around some home-made comfort food. Thank you!

In case you missed it earlier --- Soup's On & Pie! is POSTPONED to Saturday, January 21 from 4 - 6:30 PM at Northwood Congregational Church due to uncertainty re timing of plowing, shoveling, etc. Winter in NH! Soup & Pie is NOT on ... until Saturday, anyway. Same time and place (4 - 6:30 PM at Northwood Congregational Church) but TOMORROW instead. Thank you for your patience and support! And, remember, soup is always better the second day!

We're feeling as hearty as our soup! But tomorrow’s snow could throw us for a loop... We will announce HERE by 1 PM Friday if Soup's On & Pie! really is on, or postponed to Saturday. For now, we are cooking and planning on Friday. Thanks for your support! Friends of the Northwood Libraries.

Tonight's the night ... to shop for Friday's soup supplies! Hope you'll join us this Friday (snow date Saturday) for Soup's On & Pie! 4-6:30 PM at Northwood Congregational Church. We'll serve old favorites plus new additions like vegan minestrone, tortellini sausage and Italian chicken soup and Millionaire's and shoofly pie. Exactly one week from ... well ... RIGHT NOW, it will be time for Soup's On + Pie! Homemade soups, pies, and bread at great prices and all to support Friends of the Northwood Libraries. Please stop by the Northwood Congregational Church (NOT the library) on Friday, January 20th between 4 - 6:30 PM for a yummy meal with no cooking. Eat in or carry out. Pre-orders are encouraged and the form/phone number will be out this weekend. Hope to see you there!
