Hanaford now open!

Strong work to Northwood, Strafford Firefighters, and Northwood Police. This afternoon Northwood Firefighters we dispatched to a large camper on fire on Blakes Hill road. Before fire department arrival Lt Stagg arrived on scene and reported a 26’ trailer fully involved with numerous exposures. Chief Tetreault requested a first alarm which brought mutual aid to the scene. One camper was completely destroyed, a second camper sustained serious damage and a pick up truck had minor damage. One man had second degree burns on his forearm, he was treated at the scene. Unfortunately a dog was lost in the fire. This was Firefighter Wilson’s first fire and he performed admirably.
