Sadly, violent crimes have been on the rise in the past years. We have been dispatched more and more to incidents involving weapons. Because of this, the Northumberland Special Fire Police have been issued ballistic vests. We would like to thank the S. Luther Savidge Charitable Trust Fund for helping us with this purchase!

Community Event!

On Monday May 22 between 5pm and 8pm, 10% of sales at Wendy’s on 11/15 in Hummel’s Wharf will be donated to the Northumberland Fire Police! Support us and have a good meal all without having to pay extra!

Officer Elections were held for the Northumberland Special Fire Police in our January meeting. These officers will hold their positions for 2 years until the next election in January of 2024.
