🗑️ Getting Ready for Northport's Annual Trash Pick-Up? 🗑️

Before placing items at the curb, remember that some materials may be recyclable or eligible for special collection programs through Leelanau County.

♻️ Leelanau County offers collection opportunities for:
• Household Hazardous Waste (paints, cleaners, pesticides, automotive fluids, and more)
• Electronics Recycling (computers, televisions, printers, and other electronic devices)

By taking advantage of these programs, you can help reduce landfill waste and ensure potentially hazardous materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

As you clean out garages, basements, sheds, and closets, consider whether an item can be recycled or donated before placing it out for trash collection.

Together, we can keep Northport clean, safe, and environmentally friendly.

Don’t forget to place your approved items out for the upcoming Village of Northport Trash Pick-Up! This is a great opportunity to clean up your property and dispose of unwanted items.
