Congratulations to Officer Ryan Clark, who was recognized at a ceremony today by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) with the Outstanding Operating Under the Influence Enforcement Award.

In 2026, Officer Clark made 31 OUI arrests, demonstrating his proactive efforts to keep impaired drivers off our roadways and protect the community.

On Memorial Day, a Remembrance Ceremony was held at the American Legion as the community came together to honor and remember the brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

The ceremony was a meaningful and heartfelt tribute, featuring participation and thoughtful remarks from the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, as well as remarks from our State Representatives, Town Administrator Stephanie Bacon, Select Board Chair Jonathan Rea, Vice Chair Michael Tietjen, local Veterans, and many others.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the ceremony a respectful and memorable observance in honor of those we will never forget.

Today, we honor and remember the brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, selflessness, and devotion to protecting the freedoms we hold dear will never be forgotten.

On this Memorial Day, the Town of Northborough extends our deepest gratitude to those who gave their lives for our nation, and to the families who carry their memory forward each day.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and honor the heroes who gave everything for our freedom.
