Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001. We remember the lives lost, honor the courage of first responders and everyday heroes, and hold close the families and communities forever changed.

We join our nation in remembrance and renew our commitment to serving others with compassion. May we honor those we lost through kindness, service, and care for one another.

Ole Miss defensive lineman Kam Franklin .kam5 is teaming up with MDRS and our TBI/SCI Trust Fund for Protect the Player, a new campaign raising awareness about traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury prevention.

Football is a physical game, and protecting yourself matters on every play. There is no single solution to player safety. The Guardian Cap is another piece of the puzzle and one more way athletes can make safety part of the game plan.

Protect the Player is part of the Power of 30, celebrating the Trust Fund’s 30 years of impact across Mississippi.
