🚌Back-to-School Safety Reminder!🎒

With the new school year about to begin, we ask everyone to help keep our students safe as they travel to and from school.

Please slow down in school zones, watch carefully for children near crosswalks and bus stops, and put away distractions while driving. Remember to stop when a school bus has its red lights flashing and remain stopped until the lights are turned off and the bus begins moving again.

Students should wait safely away from the roadway, look both ways before crossing, and use sidewalks and designated crosswalks whenever possible.

The Woodstock Police Department wishes all students, families, teachers, and school staff a safe, successful, and enjoyable start to the new school year! 📚✏️

🍋🍪 Come Out and Support Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Interact Club

Stop by Main Street in Woodstock, in front of Clever Critter, and support the Interact Belize Fundraiser! Interact members will be serving ice-cold lemonade and delicious homemade cookies to help raise money for this wonderful cause.The Woodstock Police Department purchased several cookies and we can officially confirm that they are delicious! 😋

We’d like to thank everyone who joined us today for our Pancake Breakfast and Touch-a-Truck event! It was wonderful seeing so many families and community members come together for a fun morning.

We are incredibly grateful to our generous partners:

🥞 Woodstock Station for providing the delicious pancakes and bacon
🍁 Price Chopper in Lincoln for donating the paper plates and maple syrup
☕ Dunkin’ for donating the coffee
🔥 Arnold’s Towing for allowing us to use their Blackstone grills

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Town of Woodstock Public Works Department, Linwood Ambulance, and the Woodstock Fire Department for helping make today’s event possible.

We are truly fortunate to be part of such a generous and supportive community. Thank you to everyone who contributed, attended, and helped make this event such a success!

Bring the family out for pancakes and an opportunity to get an up-close look at the emergency vehicles and public works trucks that help serve our community every day.

The Pancake Breakfast & Touch-a-Truck event has been rescheduled!

We look forward to bringing the community together for pancakes, family fun, and an opportunity to explore vehicles from our local police, fire, EMS, and public works departments.

The Woodstock Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating a lost K-9 named Ghost.

Ghost was last seen on Wednesday, August 5, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the area of Mirror Lake Road.

Please note that Ghost is skittish and may not come when approached. If you see Ghost, please do not chase or attempt to capture her. Instead, contact our dispatch center as soon as possible at (603) 745-8700 with the location and direction of travel, if known.

We greatly appreciate everyone keeping an eye out and helping bring Ghost home safely. Thank you for your continued support and assistance!

What a fantastic National Night Out! Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the event such a success.

We are incredibly grateful to our community partners, local businesses, volunteers, generous donors, and all of the police, fire, EMS, public works, and other public servants who helped make this event possible.

One of the best parts of the evening was having the chance to talk with so many of you. Whether you stopped by to ask a question, introduce yourself, or simply say hello, those conversations help strengthen the relationships that make Woodstock such a great place to live, work, and visit.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us. We truly appreciate your continued support and are already looking forward to next year's National Night Out!
