"Coach" Cornette was in his element today! 2nd and 3rd graders had a blast playing basketball with the principal as a PBIS reward!

Today graduates from the Early College and WCHS we attended NWES came to parade the school in their cap and gown attire! Afterwards the graduates spent time meeting with 5th graders to discuss their future plans! Congratulations graduates! We are so proud to see our Eaglets all grown up!

Eaglet Evening was a huge success yesterday! Our NWES families and staff had a wonderful time together! We had over 320 visitors on campus! Thank you to everyone who came out to our event and special thanks to the teachers and staff who made this event possible!

We have incredible news!!!!! The Stone Foundation has provided NWES with a generous $50,000 grant to enclose our media center and add new bookshelves! Thank you Larry and Diane Stone for this amazing gift and for supporting North Wilkesboro Elementary School! Special thanks to Mrs. Wiebel for all the planning and preparation that went into the application process. We can't wait to see our new media center!!!
