🎒 BACKPACK STUFFING EVENT! 🎒

Sorry for the short notice!

Join us on June 10, 2026, from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM in the MPR at Stratford Public School as we prepare backpacks for our students to bring into summer.

The plan was to prepare these together during field day, however the supplies did not come in on time.

We would love your help as we come together to support our students and families. Any volunteers available please join us to help prep our kids for the summer!

Thank you for helping us keep learning alive all summer long! 💙

🎉 SPS End of Year Activities 🎉
We are excited for all of the fun events and celebrations happening as we wrap up the school year! Please see the schedule below:

📅 June 2 – Elementary Awards at 10:00 AM

📅 June 3 – Step Up Day for the 8th Grade
8th grade students will take the bus to GHS.
7th grade fieldtrip to Squam Lake with Mrs. Blish and Ms. True.

📅 June 4 – Cog Railroad Field Trip
We will leave SPS at 7:45 AM and return at 2:15 PM.

📅 June 5 – SPS End of the Year BBQ & Field Day
A day full of fun, food, and celebration!

📅 June 10 – School Board Meeting begins at 5:00 PM & 8th Grade Promotion
Ceremony begins at 5:30 PM
Please join us for light refreshments in the MPR following the ceremony.

📅 June 10 – Report Cards Issued

📅 June 11 – Last Day of School
Early release at 11:30 AM.

Join us on Thursday, May 21st at 8:00 AM at SPS for our annual Memorial parade.

The Stratford Public School invites families and community members to join students and staff in honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Participants will walk together to the Stratford Monument and continue over the bridge into Bloomfield, VT.

“We remember and honor those who served.”

Friday, Stratford Public School studentsm, Staff and Parents took part in a wonderful Community Clean Up Day!

Students helped clean the Stratford Common Pavilion and picked up litter along the roads to help keep our community beautiful. Their hard work and teamwork made a big difference!

After all their efforts, students were rewarded with a special preview of the brand-new equipment at Backstreet Park. The excitement and smiles said it all!
