Tonight’s high school commencement ceremony celebrates the outstanding achievements of our students. With immense pride, the North Salem community honors these young individuals as they embark on their next chapter. The ceremony will take place at the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, starting at 6:00 PM.

Congratulations to the Graduating Tigers of 2026! May you leave your paw prints on the world!

Junior Freyja Smith competed in the Section One Javelin Championship on Wednesday, June 3rd at Hendrick Hudson HS and won FIRST PLACE with a distance of 97'8".

CONGRATS Freyja!

She has also qualified for Day 1 of the State Qualifier in Shot Put on Thursday, June 4th at Arlington HS & Day 2 of the State Qualifier in Discus on Friday, June 5th at Suffern Middle School.

Faculty and students lined the halls to cheer on James Nemeth as he heads to the state golf championships! James secured his spot in style, nailing an impressive eagle — two strokes under par — on the second hole at the Section One Individual Championship.

James will compete at the NYSPHSAA State Championships on June 7 and 8 at Mill Creek Golf Club in Churchville, NY. With his drive and determination, James is sure to ace the competition. Let’s Go Tigers!

The North Salem Thespians are heading to the Metros!

We are excited to announce that our production of Sister Act has earned several Metropolitan High School Theater Award nominations, recognizing excellence in high school theater across Westchester, Rockland, and northern New Jersey.

Congratulations to our incredible nominees:

* Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Female-Identified Role: Gabriella Nicoletti as Sister Mary Robert
* Outstanding Performance by a Child Actor: Raul Saez as Pablo
* Outstanding Achievement by a Student Stage Manager: Hazel Northshield
