🎓 Today is the Day! 🎓

We are excited to celebrate our amazing 8th grade Wildcats at Promotion this morning! This milestone represents years of hard work, growth, memories, and accomplishments, and we could not be more proud of this incredible class.

To our students — enjoy every moment today. You have left your mark on Woodland Middle School, and we know you are going to do amazing things in high school and beyond.

STATE CHAMPION ALERT! 🏆🖤💛

A HUGE congratulations to our Woodland Wildcats, Jack Hackney and Michaela Beachy, for an incredible performance at the State Track Meet today!

🥇 Jack Hackney is your STATE CHAMPION in Discus with an amazing throw of 46.06m!

Michaela Beachy also had an outstanding day, earning:
💥 6th Place in Discus with a throw of 30.03m
💥 9th Place in Shot Put with a throw of 11.45m

Jack also competed in Shot Put, placing 13th in the state with a throw of 12.92m.

Competing at the state level is an incredible accomplishment, and we could not be more proud of the dedication, perseverance, and hard work these student-athletes have shown all season long. Congratulations to both athletes, their coaches, and families on an unforgettable season! 🐾🎉

🎉✨ What a night at the Woodland Middle School 8th Grade Dance! ✨🎉

Our Wildcats showed up dressed to impress and ready to celebrate an unforgettable year together. From the music and dancing to the laughter and memories made with friends, the evening was a perfect way to honor the incredible Class of 2026 as they prepare for their next chapter. 🖤💛

A huge thank you to our staff, volunteers, families, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. Your support helped create a safe, fun, and memorable night for our students.

To our 8th graders — enjoy every moment of these final weeks at Woodland. We are so proud of each of you and cannot wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish in high school and beyond!

Last week, our Musical Theatre students put on an incredible show of Matilda Jr. These amazing performers have been working since January on their singing, choreography and acting and it was time well spent. Congratulations to Mrs. Buckstein and her Musical Theatre students on your amazing performances!
