Notice of Upcoming Emergency Communications Test
On Wednesday, September 23, the school district will send TEST emergency messages via email, text message, and automated phone call.
These are the methods we have available to alert you directly in an emergency situation or inclement weather. If you do not receive our test messages in all the ways you want, please take steps to ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
Parents/caregivers, contact information can be viewed and edited in PowerSchool from a computer or phone/tablet using desktop view. Once you log in, look for Contact Update on the bottom left of the page and above the SchoolCare option. If you don’t have a log in, your school office can help you get your PowerSchool parent/guardian account set up.
District staff, contact information can be viewed in Employee Self Service (ESS) and updated with the Human Resources employee information change form.
Notification preferences can be updated through ParentSquare to ensure you receive communication at a time that works best for your family. Keep in mind, emergency alerts override personal preferences for time-sensitive information.
