Once in a great while we get a real gem that walks through our door. Meyric Chesnik is that gem for us. Always a smile with his glancing look, he has been a great member of our department for 9 years running. This November he takes another place in our world of service as a member of the United States Army. He has given our community over 7900 hours of his time. We all sat down and broke break with him and if you were lucky to have been there, then you were lucky enough. Good luck and God Speed. When you finish down there, we have a set of gear waiting for you.

Congratulations to FF Macaleer for getting her firefighter pins and badge. She has worked hard for this and continues to put in effort everyday that she's on shift. FF Macaleer has definitely earned it!

We are a little late in welcoming our new employee. Sir William Kelley. A veteran, a trained Firefighter and newly engaged, we are pretty excited to have Sir William on the team. A self described "pen and paper" kind of guy, maybe he will be able to make this world we all share slow down a little bit. Until that day, his presence here is welcome and we are excited to watch where his career takes him. Welcome aboard Sir William. Good to have you.
