ered aerated static pile with negative air and biofilters to optimize the composting process. This system produces the best and highest quality compost from the incoming feedstock. Nature's Needs' quality assurance program includes routine nutrient, metal, and pathogen analysis to ensure a high quality, consistent product that meets the needs and high expectations of our customers.

Beeswax wraps can be used to keep your food fresh and your fridge .

Tips on how to care for your beeswax wraps:
🐝 Use cool water and be gentle when washing.
🐝 Avoid oils and heat! This includes microwaves and placing them immediately over hot food or containers.
🐝 Refresh your wraps by adding more wax and/or reheating them with an iron or in the oven.

Whenever possible, skip the plastic packaging and opt for foods packaged in glass, paper, or metal – all three of these are easily recyclable! When we skip buying foods packaged in plastic, we are sending a powerful message to brands and their packaging companies. If we don’t buy it, they won’t make it.

Recology is proud to announce the release of our 2022 Sustainability Update. Learn about our advancements in resource recovery, how we’re expanding the use of renewable fuels and carbon-free electricity, and the strides we’ve made to foster a more equitable, inclusive, and transparent workplace.

In 2021, through our recycling and composting programs, Recology avoided 9x more greenhouse gases than were generated by our operations. Kudos to our customers, partners, and employee-owners for this incredible feat!
