Last Friday's Summer Kickoff Carnival in Walker Park had 543 in attendance, beating all previous records! Alec at the Bookmobile had 58 visitors, Katie our Literacy Coordinator had 83 stop at her tent to craft, and the Northside Lions scanned the eyesight of 34 children. Enjoy this video of Philip and Ian testing and making sure the obstacle course was safe for all to enjoy before the carnival.

We're READY for the Summer Kickoff Carnival! Bounce houses and other inflatables, outdoor games, prizes, a hot dog lunch by the Friends of the Walker Memorial Library, the MADL Bookmobile, and the Outreach Van (for a Dino Dance Party) are all here! Today, Friday, June 12 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. Learn about and sign up for our Summer Reading Program just as school gets out. The carnival is FREE for all!
