Cache County & Logan City School Districts are hosting a Transition Fair for all students with disabilities and their parents/guardians.
The Transition Fair will be held Thursday, February 19th from 6-8pm at Spring Creek Middle School in the Gym.

The purpose of the Transition Fair is to allow parents/guardians of students with disabilities the opportunity to meet local and state service providers and explore options for students for when they age out from school services. It is important to start searching for service providers early so you can be prepared for life after your student graduates or exits district services.
