Are you ready to make your voice heard, build your leadership skills, and create change in your school and community?
The Youth Leadership Initiative is looking for motivated middle and high school students from across our nine-county service area to join a dynamic team of youth advocates committed to making Arkansas a healthier and stronger place to live.
What You'll Do:
Develop leadership and public speaking skills
Plan and lead youth-focused community projects
Advocate for issues that matter, including va**ng prevention, mental wellness, and healthy decision-making
Connect with other student leaders from across the region
Help create and strengthen youth coalitions in your school and community
Participate in regional trainings, summits, and special events
Who Can Apply?
Students in middle or high school
Passionate about leadership, service, and making a difference
Willing to participate in monthly virtual meetings and attend in-person activities, including the annual Regional Youth Leadership Summit
