🎉 From Pre-Apprenticeship to Apprenticeship! 🎉

We are excited to recognize Gunner Dial and present him with a Milwaukee bag of tools for successfully completing the Construction Core Pre-Apprenticeship Program during his senior year at Springdale High School!

After graduation, Gunner took the next step in his career by joining EquipmentShare and enrolling in their Heavy Equipment Technician Apprenticeship Program. He is putting his training to work while continuing to build the skills and experience needed for a successful career in the construction industry. Gunner is Equipment Share’s first apprentice in their Arkansas locations.

We are incredibly proud of Gunner and excited to see where his apprenticeship journey takes him. He has a bright future ahead!

We are also excited to welcome EquipmentShare and their apprenticeship program as an industry partner in our state-certified ARPAP Pre-Apprenticeship Program. This partnership will help us expand opportunities across Arkansas and create stronger pathways for students to move directly from high school pre-apprenticeship programs into employment and registered apprenticeship.

The first Build My Future South Arkansas is coming April 20, 2027.

That means South Arkansas schools will have a new opportunity to give students a hands-on look at careers they may have heard about, but never had the chance to experience up close.

Students can meet the people doing the work, ask questions and start connecting their own interests and skills to real career possibilities.

Sometimes that is where a direction starts.

LET’S GOOOOOO

Kinco's Jeff Olmsted and Josue Perea recently attended the SHARP/VPP Workers' Safety Conference in Little Rock. At the conference, Kinco Constructors received the Million Work Hours Award for achieving 2.9 million safe work hours without a lost-time injury. The Arkansas Secretary of Labor and Licensing and the Arkansas Director of Labor presented the award. This achievement reflects our team's continued commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and upholding the highest safety standards.
