Kendall arrived at NLRW with experience in industrial wastewater, then earned his Class I, II, and III municipal Wastewater Licenses with us over the last 3 years. During this time, he has tackled his work with great energy and diligence, serving as a role model for his coworkers and demonstrating his readiness to take on the responsibility of running White Oak Bayou Water Reclamation Facility.

North Little Rock Wastewater is proud to celebrate another outstanding year of environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance!

For 8 consecutive years, the Five Mile Creek Water Reclamation Facility and White Oak Water Reclamation Facility have maintained 100% compliance with their NPDES permits. They each received a 2025 NACWA Platinum Peak Performance Award recognizing this remarkable streak.

Additionally, the Faulkner Lake Water Reclamation Facility and Maumelle Water Reclamation Facility each received a 2025 NACWA Gold Award for 100% compliance with their NPDES permits for the year.

Together, these accomplishments recognize our entire team for their dedication, expertise, hard work, and commitment to protecting our waterways and providing reliable, high-quality wastewater treatment. From our operators and maintenance crews to our laboratory, engineering, maintenance and construction, and administrative staff, each employee plays an important role in protecting public health and the environment.
