Our goal is simple: be stronger, healthier, and convention ready by September in Las Vegas.
The first 30 days were brutal. We were sore, stiff, uncomfortable, and definitely had moments when quitting crossed our minds.
Now we're 60 days in.
What we've learned is that this journey isn't about vanity. It's not about six-pack abs or trying to look like fitness influencers.
It's about functionality.
It's about mobility.
It's about overcoming military service connected disabilities, injuries, aging, stiffness, and the physical limitations that try to convince people to stop living life to the fullest.
As veterans, we know firsthand how easy it is to lose confidence when your body doesn't move the way it used to. That's why we've fallen in love with . It's a low impact way to build strength, stability, endurance, and confidence without beating up our joints.
We're grateful we didn't allow one another to quit on ourselves.
Every workout is another step toward taking back our health, taking back our mobility, and proving that growth is still possible.
