Randi Reed: Republican for U.S. Congress, NV-04

My name is Randi Reed. I moved to Nevada nearly 20 years ago to build a life for myself and be a part of a community that I am proud of.

I am an award-winning small business owner, involved parent, advocate, non-profit supporter and member of a community that needs a voice.

Since calling Nevada home, I have worked in the construction and development industry. Over the last two decades, I have had the privilege to be a part of numerous landmark projects, serve as an industry advocate, work alongside leading developers as they accommodate unprecedented growth, and forge private and public partnerships that have been of benefit to all Nevadans.

I met and married the love of my life, Tim, in Las Vegas. We grew our family with the addition of our son, Rush, a few years later. Together we started a manufacturing business in our garage producing custom furniture pieces, as I continued my work in development and construction. What started as a small business built on quality materials and attention to detail has grown into a trusted source for many of the top hotels and development companies in Las Vegas, across the state, nationally and now, internationally.

I consider myself fortunate to be living the American Dream, and owe it all to living in Nevada. Our state needs to remain a place where others can do the same.

Nevada values are my values: Hard work, fair play, service to our community and love of country.

As an owner of a small business and active participant in the statewide growth of Nevada, I believe there are both opportunities present, as well as factors that threaten our continued success.

Threats of higher taxes and over regulation that put job creation and the booming economy in jeopardy.

Needed action to address a broken Obamacare system, putting self-insured, business owners, and those with pre-existing conditions at risk.

A rising tide of anti-Semitism, both socially and politically.

And the typical counterproductive game of political theater that hurts real people.

Nevada is Battle Born and needs a fighter who shares its values leading that battle.

I look forward to being that voice and am asking for your support as I introduce myself to the people of Nevada.
