Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift full time positions, We also have part time first shifts available.

Direct Care Staff assist individuals with different abilities to lead a self-directed life and contribute to the community, assist with activities of daily living if needed, and encourages positive attitudes and behaviors to enhance community inclusion. Direct Care Staff may provide supports to a person with different abilities at home and other community places for inclusion and events. Direct Care Staff also act as an advocate for people, in communicating their needs, self-expression, and goals when needed.

Qualifications for employment:
At least 18 years of age

Good attendance record
